INTRO session
In this session, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll review your 7-day check-in*, explore therapeutic guidance, and co-create a personalized plan for the next three months—if you decide to continue.
The session is two hours and divided into two parts: 90 minutes initially, followed by a 30-minute follow-up where I’ll share my recommendations for moving forward.
*Life can get busy—I understand! Ideally, it’s great if you can complete the 7-day check-in beforehand, but if not, no stress. The most important thing is simply showing up for yourself and booking the session.
AFTER YOUR INTRO SESSION
JOURNEY ONE
My 3 month REVIVE*HER JOURNEY blends therapy with Endobiogeny, nurturing both your emotional and analytical “brains.”
Over three months, we explore what’s been holding you back physically, mentally, and emotionally. The program can be renewed as needed, helping you feel fully connected and empowered to care for yourself.
JOURNEY TWO
If the 3 month journey isn’t a fit for you right now, I’m currently offering 1-hour sessions for us to have check-ins along your journey as you implement your personalized plan. We focus on how you’ve been feeling and progressing, with space to adjust your routine as needed. Consistency is key to restoring your body’s balance.
This follow-up session focuses solely on endobiogeny and does not include therapy.
