Her Healing is the program I wish I could have joined when I felt lost in my emotional and physical pain—unheard by Western medicine and convinced something was wrong with me. It’s a program dedicated to women’s health, created to help you make peace with your appearance, your body, your mental health, and your emotions. It’s a space to celebrate the extraordinary woman you are, to finally see yourself clearly, and to fall madly in love with who you are.

HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS
After your INTRO SESSION, you can sign up to embark on a 3 month journey together.
Using your personalized plan as our guide, we’ll meet 3 times each month, and you also have the option of adding on Personalized Voxer Follow-up Support.
1-hr follow up therapy
Twice a month we will meet for this 1-hour follow-up session. We will be focused on therapeutic work—exploring your emotions, feelings, and what’s been unfolding for you on an emotional level.
30-min check in
Once a month we will connect for this 30 minute session. It is an integration check-in—to see how you’re doing physically, how you're supporting your lifestyle through your actions, your food choices, and overall self-care. Think of it as an uplifting moment to encourage and cheer you on as you continue with your efforts and new routine.
personalized follow-up support
You have the option of signing up for this add-on for Personalized Voxer Follow-up Support. It gives you a total of 90 minutes of personalized, text-based check-ins via Voxer. Whether you need encouragement, can't decide what to order at a restaurant, or simply want a safe space to reach out—you’ll be held.
