Our first theme will be self-love—exploring how to care for ourselves and fully embrace our divine feminine. Through meditation, open-hearted conversations, healing practices, and deep connection, you’ll gift yourself 90 precious minutes dedicated entirely to you. This is your time to nourish your soul, honor your body, and remember the beauty of who you are.

We’ll gather on the beach at 84th and Collins—plenty of parking is available.

I’ll be joined by Mary, who will share the current energy forecast, and Vanessa, who will guide us in how to support the body with love (the true secret ingredient to being a radiant woman who enjoys her food fully!).
